1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tree Man services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, plan subscribers, and tree recipients.
2. Plantation Commitments
Once a tree planting request is confirmed, our team assigns a verified farmer to plant the tree within 7–10 working days (season dependent). All plantations are geo-tagged and photo documented.
3. Tree Tracking
Each tree can be tracked using the Tree ID or registered phone number. Live status updates and growth reports are provided via the Tree Man dashboard or mobile app (in development).
4. Subscription & Payment
- Free plans offer limited tree tracking access.
- Premium TREE 150 includes certificate, GPS image, and lifetime access to monitoring reports.
- All payments are securely processed and non-refundable after 48 hours of booking.
5. Farmer Responsibilities
Partner farmers are responsible for plantation, basic maintenance, and reporting. Weekly health checks and survival tracking are conducted by Tree Man's field team.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, certificates, tree tracking interfaces, and brand assets are the property of Tree Man Foundation. Unauthorized use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tree Man is not liable for damage due to natural disasters (flood, drought) affecting plantations. Replacement plantations may be offered in such cases, based on availability.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Users will be notified through email or app alerts. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
